Introduction and controller
ABRASIVOS FLEXSTON, SL (tax ID B01304781), at Capelamendi 4, interior, 01013 Vitoria-Gasteiz, Álava, Spain, is the controller of this website. This policy explains the technologies used, their operators, purposes, duration and your choices.
Cookies and other technologies
Cookies are small files stored by the browser which it may send to a server on later visits. They can contain identifiers and personal data; not every cookie is anonymous. Local and session storage retain browser data without automatically sending it with each request.
Scripts execute page functions. Pixels or web beacons can record access and technical data. Information and consent rules also cover equivalent technologies that store or access device information, depending on their purpose.
Types by operator
First-party cookies support this website’s functions. Third-party cookies relate to other providers, such as Google when a map loads. The storage domain alone does not determine who processes the data. Complianz manages consent; its decision cookies are stored on our domain.
Types by duration
Session cookies are temporary and linked to a session. Persistent cookies remain until expiry or deletion. Session storage normally lasts for the tab session; local storage can remain without automatic expiry. The table distinguishes these technologies and does not claim a verified duration for unconfirmed records.
Types by purpose
Technical or necessary
These support requested functions, security, authorised access and storage of consent decisions. Only strictly necessary technologies are exempt from consent. Cookies named cmplz_statistics or cmplz_marketing store a choice: their names do not mean that they perform measurement or advertising.
Preferences or personalisation
These remember presentation or interaction choices. An exemption applies only when necessary for a user-requested option; other uses require consent. ef-input retains the interaction mode for focus behaviour and does not store form text.
Analytics or statistics
These measure visits and interactions. No Google Analytics measurement is currently configured in Complianz and its cookies were not observed in public tests. WooCommerce order attribution and its sbjs_* cookies are disabled while the website operates in catalogue mode.
Advertising and behavioural advertising
Advertising technologies manage advertising space; behavioural technologies may build browsing profiles to personalise adverts. No advertising space or campaign tags were detected in the tests. Complianz places Google Maps in Marketing: the map is blocked until that category is accepted, even though the website does not display its own adverts.
Social networks and external content
A link to another website is different from embedding its content. External links lead to sites with their own policies. Embedded content, such as the map, may transmit technical data to its provider when loading is authorised.
Third-party services and transfers
Google Maps displays the company location on Contact. Map connections to Google domains, including maps.google.com, google.com, gstatic.com and googleapis.com, occur only after Marketing is accepted; the map may also request fonts from fonts.googleapis.com. The provider may receive your IP address, browser and request data.
In the European Economic Area, these services are provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Processing may involve recipients or transfers outside the EEA, subject to its policy and applicable safeguards. Not observing third-party cookies in a test does not mean that no data is communicated when the map loads.
Google privacy and data transfers
Google states that it uses adequacy decisions and, where applicable, standard contractual clauses. The following link explains its transfer mechanisms and how to request a copy of the safeguards.
Google transfer frameworks and safeguards
WordPress and WooCommerce provide the content system and catalogue. Complianz manages consent preferences. Their presence in the scan does not mean that each sends data to its developers on every visit. Complianz also retains administrative and historical entries; these are identified separately in the table.
On some product pages, WordPress downloads the magnifier icon image from s.w.org, its image CDN. This request communicates technical connection data, such as the IP address, to the resource server. No cookies associated with this image were observed.
Accepting, rejecting, configuring and withdrawing consent
The panel lets you Accept, Deny, or select categories and Save preferences. Continuing to browse or scrolling does not activate optional categories. Rejection still allows catalogue browsing and use of the form; the external map remains blocked and the address is available as text.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Manage consent or the controls below. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing. After changing a choice, reload the page so that any already-open external content stops loading under the new settings.
Current status: AcceptedCurrent status: DeniedDisabling and deleting through your browser
Rejecting a category prevents its subsequent use, but does not delete every existing cookie. Your browser can delete cookies and storage, including third-party domains that this website cannot delete directly. Deleting Complianz decision cookies causes your choice to be requested again. Blocking all technologies, including necessary ones, may affect site functions.
Table of cookies and technologies
Inventory compared against Complianz and clean public sessions on 23 October 2026. No HTTP cookies were observed before a choice; after a choice was saved, seven technical Complianz cookies with a 365-day expiry were observed. No Google HTTP cookies were observed in those sessions, although the map does make connections when Marketing is accepted.
Conditional or historical records are not necessarily installed on public visits. No Google Analytics or WP Consent API cookies were detected in this check. The site’s form does not require Marketing consent.
Updates, rights and contact
This policy will be reviewed when technologies, providers or settings change. The inventory describes the stated check; it does not guarantee identical behaviour on every device, authenticated session or third-party service. Cookies and consent must be reviewed before enabling sales or new measurement tools.
Where personal data is processed, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent. You may contact ABRASIVOS FLEXSTON, SL by email or at the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency. See the privacy policy for further information.
